Ed, Ryan and Julie flew out to Wyoming, Minnesota for the show. everybody at the factory is soooooo excited this year. A lot of consumers bought new Premier Pontoon Boats this year and the factory is building boats at WOT (wide open throttle). This has allowed Bob, Betty, Lori, Tim, Mike, Tom and the entire Menne family to build and offer some different models this year! 11/20/11 Julie and Ed just had to surf this 2012 Centurion Enzo SV244 before putting it away for display at the Boston Boat show next Feb 11-19, 2012. Can you blame them? It was a beautiful fall day (tongue in cheek here) air temp 56F and the water was a balmy 52F. Then the wind came up! But we didn't have to fight any crowds, and we did actually see another boat out there (which later came in for winterizing and shrink wrap). Glad we did it and the doctors tell us the feeling will probably come back to our legs next week (kidding). Now we can tell you about the ride in Boston where we'll have Bri Chmel, the 2011 Womens Pro World Wake Surf Champion. 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 That's 4 World Wake Surf Championships for Bri who rides for Centurion.

11-13-11. OK- this is not at the Parker, Arizona World Championship Wake Surfing Competition. It's just Julie Wake Surfing down at the Orlando Watersports Complex. Ed and Julie were down for the Marine Dealers Conference and Expo earlier in the week so they figured why not? Their good friend Steve Raymond suggested it, how bad could it be? Well the ramps were looking good but it was a long way to swim back to the cable so they opted for the boat and some instruction. They both boarded and then Julie had enough time for some wake surfing. Neat. Now they're psyched to get some runs in that new red and black 2012 Centurion Enzo SV244. Good thing we bought those wetsuits. Hopefully the weather will hang in there 1 more week. We'll have to leave work early as the daylight is gone at 5pm now... Beats working, wait, this might be considered working...

01-17-12 Winnisquam Marine just ordered this 2012 Centurion Enzo SV233 wakeboard/wakesurf boat. This will be our first Centurion with the reverse rotation V drive for goofy surfers. We're pretty sure this is one of the only boats of it's kind in the east. If you're goofy - this could be your boat !!!!

09-15-11 Ryan, Julie and Kevin were out in West Frankfort, Illinois at the Crownline plant for the 2012 model year introduction. Here's the all new 2012 Crownline E1. A huge interior and built on a deep V hull. Very stable. Lots of room. This is the 5th all new model that Crownline has designed beginning 2011.

Crownlines latest creation the E1 is 21 feet long, Has a huge interior, Deep Vee hull, Convertible aft seat/lounger, Soft touch swim mat, Walk thru transom, Deep sided interior and Ryan-Julie-Kevin say it runs GREAT with the Mercruiser 4.3L multiport fuel injected 220hp engine. 45+mph with four in the boat. Finally after waiting all these years, Sarge's old country store is down. Winnisquam Marine has worked hard using established business practices and it's paid off. The Marina is through the hard times and into an expansion phase. Sarge's is down, a new showroom is going up to showcase all those Premier Pontoon Boats. We have gutted and expanded the parts department to keep up with our customer's demands. AND there's even more surprises coming !!!! The building known as "Sarge's" is down and a new boat showroom will be going up sometime this year. I'm sure a bunch of us in recent years boated to Sarge's Country Store for camp necessities, candy or just for an early morning ride in the boat to get the Sunday paper. It was an excellent excuse to get out yourself in the boat before everybody was up. Some of us will remember 'ol Matt Mirski when we were kids. He owned the property at least from the 50's till the 80's. At times he sold gas both at the dock and at a gas pump out front right by the roadside when the old mosquito bridge was being used which was much closer to the storefront than our current bridge. Matt had lots of fresh produce and a meat market that was very busy. He had the best T-bone steaks around to grill on the charcoal hibachi. He would pay 2 or 3 cents for each crayfish that we brought in for Matt to sell as fish bait. Candy really was 1 cent back then. Many of us have good memories from this old building and we hope your kids will be telling stories about the good times to be had in the new building that we are building...
