Left- Here's where it all begins, the tube rolling machine. Right- Several tube sections and a nose cone ready for assembly.

 

 

Left- A partially assembled pontoon tack welded. Right- A couple tubes welded up with the saddle brackets installed. The tubes are now pressure tested.

 

 

 

Left- Several finished pontoons and a PTX center pontoon ready for acid etching. Notice the ski locker in the forward portion of the pontoon. The lid is not cut out yet. Right- Pontoons ready to be rolled out on the deck assembly floor.

 

 

Left- PTX pontoon is acid etched and has the fuel tank installed. The ski locker compartment is forward. Right- Lifting strakes are now installed on the inner sides of the pontoons. All the aluminum deck braces are being installed.

 

 

 

Plywood panels ready for installation with the ultrasonically welded TEK fasteners. Lifetime warranty on the flooring. The TEK fasteners literally weld themselves to the main frame members on the pontoons. They never, ever loosen. This makes for the strongest floor system in the industry...

 

Left- This deck will probably be for an Alante, vinyl flooring aft and carpet forward. Bumper rail extrusions are installed. This is a triple log, conventional round construction. Right- Fencing going on.
